1.給料機在使用（yòng）過（guò）程中（zhōng）需要檢查如下內容
(1)檢（jiǎn）查給料機和激振器振幅（fú），振幅不（bú）得（dé）超（chāo）過給料機設計極限值。
(2)檢查主振橡膠彈簧是否有開裂。
(3)檢查隔振彈簧是否有（yǒu）開裂。
(4)檢查各緊（jǐn）固螺（luó）栓是否有鬆動。
(5)檢（jiǎn）查（chá）電（diàn）動機運轉中是否有異常聲響。
2.給料機（jī）運行初期一（yī）周內，必須每天檢查並擰緊各連接螺栓，一（yī）周（zhōu）後，可隔一天檢查並擰緊一次，直到設備運行穩定為止。
3.電機（jī）維修與（yǔ）保養按電機使用說明書（shū）進行。
4.振動給料機操作規程
(1)給料機安裝與振動電機接線後，進（jìn）行全麵安全檢查（chá），以避免開機後發生人身與設備事故，確認各處螺栓緊固（gù），設（shè）備可靠接地，方可開機。
(2)給料（liào）機不宜空載（zǎi）運轉時間過長，30分鍾以內停機後，要將全部螺栓緊固一次，以後要定（dìng）期檢查，發現鬆動及時（shí）緊固，確保振動電機與設備的牢固連接。
(3)在調整給（gěi）料量時，可（kě）以通過以（yǐ）下方法進行。
a.調整（zhěng）加大振動電機的激振力。
b.調整槽體吊掛的（de）長度，使槽體沿下料方向往下傾斜，傾斜角度在通常情況下0~-140範圍內，按不同物料的自然安息角（jiǎo），以不自動跑料（liào）為原則（zé）。

a adjusted to increase the exciting force of the vibrating motor.
