1.移動式皮（pí）帶（dài）運輸機運轉作（zuò）業前，應將行走輪用三角木對稱楔緊。固定式皮帶運輸機，應安裝在牢固的基礎上。
2.起動前，調整好辦減（jiǎn）速這鬆緊度，帶扣應（yīng）牢固，軸承、齒輪（lún）、鏈條等傳動部件應良好（hǎo），托輪和防護裝置應（yīng）齊全，電器接地(接零)保護良好，輸送帶與滾筒寬度應一致（zhì）。
3.應先空載起動，待運轉正（zhèng）常後，方可均勻裝料，不（bú）得（dé）先裝料後起（qǐ）動。
4.作業中，應隨時注意機械的運轉情（qíng）況（kuàng）如發現（xiàn）輸送帶有（yǒu）鬆（sōng）馳或走偏現象，應停車進行調整或修理。嚴禁在運轉中進行修理和調整。
5.作業時，嚴禁（jìn）任何人員從皮帶（dài）運（yùn）輸機下麵（miàn）穿過或跨越輸送帶（dài）。輸送帶打滑時，不得用手抖動（dòng）拉（lā）動。
6.輸送大塊物料時，輸送帶兩側應加裝檔板或柵欄等防護裝置。
7.運轉中需要（yào）停機時，應先停止裝料，待輸（shū）送帶上料卸盡後，方可停機。
8.遇電源突然中斷或其它原因突然停（tíng）車，應（yīng）立即切（qiē）斷電源，然後將皮帶上的物料清（qīng）除掉，等來電或排除故障後，再接通電（diàn）源啟動運轉。
9.停車前必須先與有關方麵聯係，待輸送帶上的（de）物料完全卸掉後，方可停機。
10.停機後應（yīng）切斷電源（yuán），鎖好（hǎo）電源開關（guān）箱，對機械各部進行保養。用防雨護罩將電動機蓋（gài）好。
