鬥式提升機料鬥帶打滑的處理方法:
(1)鬥式提升機(jī)是利用料鬥帶與頭(tóu)輪傳動軸間的摩擦力矩(jǔ)來進行升(shēng)運物(wù)料的,叵料鬥帶張(zhāng)力不夠,將導致料鬥帶(dài)打滑。這時,應立即停機,調節張緊裝(zhuāng)置以拉緊料鬥帶。若(ruò)張緊裝置不能使料鬥帶完全張緊,說明張緊裝置的行程太短,應重新調節。
正(zhèng)確的解決方法是(shì):解開料鬥帶接(jiē)頭,使底輪上的張緊裝置調至最高位(wèi)置,將(jiāng)料(liào)鬥帶由提升機機頭放入,穿過頭輪和底輪,並首尾(wěi)連接好,使料(liào)鬥帶處於(yú)將張緊而未張緊的狀態。然(rán)後使(shǐ)張(zhāng)緊裝置完全張緊。此時張緊裝置的調節螺杆尚未利用的張緊行程不應(yīng)小於全行程的50%。
(2)提(tí)升機超載提升機超載時,阻力矩增大(dà),導致料鬥帶打滑。此時(shí)應減小物料的喂入量(liàng),並力求喂料均(jun1)勻。若(ruò)減小喂入量後,仍不能改善(shàn)打滑,則可能是機坐(zuò)內物(wù)料堆積太多或料鬥被(bèi)導師物卡住,應停機檢查,排除故障。
(3)頭輪(lún)傳動軸和料鬥(dòu)帶內表麵(miàn)過於光滑頭輪傳動(dòng)軸和料鬥帶內表麵過於光滑(huá),使兩者間的摩擦力(lì)減小,導致料鬥帶打滑。這時,可在(zài)傳動軸和料鬥帶(dài)內表麵塗一層膠,以增大摩擦力。
(4)頭輪和底輪軸(zhóu)承轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)不靈頭輪(lún)和底輪軸(zhóu)承轉動不靈(líng),阻力矩增大,引起料鬥帶打(dǎ)滑。這時可拆洗加油(yóu)或更換軸承。
