鬥式提升機料鬥帶打滑的處理方法：
(1)鬥式提升機（jī）是利用料鬥帶與頭（tóu）輪傳動軸間的摩擦力矩（jǔ）來進行升（shēng）運物（wù）料的，叵料鬥帶張（zhāng）力不夠，將導致料鬥帶（dài）打滑。這時，應立即停機，調節張緊裝（zhuāng）置以拉緊料鬥帶。若（ruò）張緊裝置不能使料鬥帶完全張緊，說明張緊裝置的行程太短，應重新調節。
正（zhèng）確的解決方法是（shì）：解開料鬥帶接（jiē）頭，使底輪上的張緊裝置調至最高位（wèi）置，將（jiāng）料（liào）鬥帶由提升機機頭放入，穿過頭輪和底輪，並首尾（wěi）連接好，使料（liào）鬥帶處於（yú）將張緊而未張緊的狀態。然（rán）後使（shǐ）張（zhāng）緊裝置完全張緊。此時張緊裝置的調節螺杆尚未利用的張緊行程不應（yīng）小於全行程的50%。
(2)提（tí）升機超載提升機超載時，阻力矩增大（dà），導致料鬥帶打滑。此時（shí）應減小物料的喂入量（liàng），並力求喂料均（jun1）勻。若（ruò）減小喂入量後，仍不能改善（shàn）打滑，則可能是機坐（zuò）內物（wù）料堆積太多或料鬥被（bèi）導師物卡住，應停機檢查，排除故障。
(3)頭輪（lún）傳動軸和料鬥（dòu）帶內表麵（miàn）過於光滑頭輪傳動（dòng）軸和料鬥帶內表麵過於光滑（huá），使兩者間的摩擦力（lì）減小，導致料鬥帶打滑。這時，可在（zài）傳動軸和料鬥帶（dài）內表麵塗一層膠，以增大摩擦力。
(4)頭輪和底輪軸（zhóu）承轉（zhuǎn）動（dòng）不靈頭輪（lún）和底輪軸（zhóu）承轉動不靈（líng），阻力矩增大，引起料鬥帶打（dǎ）滑。這時可拆洗加油（yóu）或更換軸承。
